Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Product is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If the customer doesn't like the product, a refund of 80% of the product value will be issued.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refund Amount: If the customer doesn't like the product, a refund of 80% of the product value will be issued.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the bank account. 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund or replacement and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a prompt replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene concerns, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Anti-Skid Socks cum Shoes
  • Teethers
  • All kinds of Breast Pumps
  • Bathing Brushes
  • Bottle Cleaning Brushes
  • All Kinds of Potty Seats
  • Feeding Milk Bottles
  • Silicone Bibs
  • Nasal Aspirator

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for dispatch.

Anti-Skid Socks Shoes Size Exchange Policy:

In case you need to exchange your anti-skid socks for a different size, please be informed of the following policy:

Size Exchange Fee: A charge of Rs. 150 will be applicable for each size exchange request.

Condition of the Socks: The socks must be in their original packaging condition, unused, and with all original tags.

Request Process: To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the required size. Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for size exchanges. The exchange fee is also non-refundable.

Time Frame: Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
