Return & Replacement Policy

1. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Manufacturer defect
- Missing parts in the product
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
2. No Refund Policy:
We maintain a strict no refund policy.
- Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances
- Returns based on personal preference (e.g., dislike of product) are not accepted
3. Replacement Policy:
- Eligible products will be replaced with the same item
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- If the item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion
4. How to Request a Return/Replacement:

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
5. Return Shipping:
- For approved cases (defective or missing parts), we will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label
6. Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or personal preferences.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will verify and arrange a replacement only.
8. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene concerns, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or missing parts:

- Teethers
- All kinds of Breast Pumps
- Bathing Brushes
- Bottle Cleaning Brushes
- All kinds of Potty Seats
- Feeding Milk Bottles
- Silicone Bibs
- Nasal Aspirator
9. Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
10. Product Warranty:
Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to product details or contact us for assistance.
